A nonprofit literary arts organization founded in 1991, the Asian American Writers’ Workshop supports writers, literature and community. They are “interpreters of the great tradition of American letters and world literature, brokers between immigrant communities and the cultural mainstream, translators of the vibrant economies and cultures comprising more that half the world”.
